Briar’s Landing Canoe Launch, Madison, GA

The new Broad River canoe launch is also a living tribute. Briar’s Landing is named in memory of Briar Newsome, a 15-year-old Oglethorpe County boy who loved the river and the outdoor world he discovered there.
