Briar’s Landing Canoe Launch, Broad River, GA

The new Broad River canoe launch is also a living tribute. Briar’s Landing is named in memory of Briar Newsome, a 15-year-old Oglethorpe County boy who loved the river and the outdoor world he discovered there. Focal Point Trees provided site work and construction assistance on the steps for the canoe launch.
